Hi there! It's been so long since i have waken up and understand so things in life. But anyways it is sometimes not easy to keep the track and and do mindfullness to realise that i have gone through some difficulties and i have to always remember how i did this and which rules i followed. Maybe this lack of mindfullness practise and self reflection as well as reminding myself that i have to to stick to the plan is the reason of ADHD and some emotional imbalance. I'm just trying to find a friend/partner whome i can help and who can help ke as well. I want to share books i have red and tell other thing that i have interest in. Sometimes i feel too lonely thought everything is okey with me:( Just meed someone to overcome those issues by mutual remindings .
